Order Tracking


Log in to your account go to My Account > Shipments > Details > Track and Trace Number, to check the status of an order shipped domestically via FedEx.  You can also visit FedEx.com and enter your Tracking ID.

To check the status of an order shipped internationally via USPS, please click here. USPS label numbers are e-mailed 3 to 4 business days from the time of your order placement.

Please e-mail hello@rishi-tea.com if you have not received your label number within the above timeframe.
