of the "Barista Blend" matcha from Rishi this is amazing! It is great for iced lattes in a shaker and even better hot when you filter and use bamboo whisk if you don't like clumps. I prefer this over the barista blend as I am sensitive to caffeine the Barista blend I have to mix with this one or it is too much.
