Earl Grey Supreme
This is by far the best Earl Grey tea that I have ever tasted! I love it! It is a big part of my daily

What Earl Grey Was Meant to Be
I first had Rishi Earl Grey in a sachet in a restaurant. I thought, this is an excellent tea! I got on

the site and began looking and bought the loose Earl Grey Supreme. You have to be careful not to overdo the tea with the water. I heated the water to 205 and steeped one tablespoon for 4 minutes. At first it looked a bit "thin," but as I poured the color was perfect. (It calls for 1.5 tablespoons, but I think one is better). With each subsequent brewing I increased time by about 20 seconds and easily get a solid three to four brewings per TBS. The taste is not like most EG teabags. It doesn't overwhelm with bergamot. It is subtle and the taste is perfect. I cannot imagine a better Early Grey on the planet. This is what tea should be!

Best Earl Grey that I've ever tasted
I'm an earl grey fanatic and have tried dozens of brands in the US as well as around the world. The

intensity of the bergamot in this blend, combined with the super high quality of the tea is phenomenal. There is the most delicious bitterness (I know this can be a negative description, but not here) that complements a sweet so perfectly. Absolutely brilliant!
